In
June of 1999 the company made the decision that it needed
to focus efforts in the two separate markets. Harold Alexander,
Telect's Senior Vice President of Operations and Finance
purchased the Diversified Products Division from Telect
and started a separate company, now known as Logan Industries.
In September of 1999 Logan physically moved to their new
facilities in the Spokane Industrial Park.
With
an employment of over 100, Logan is now posed to open locations
in other US cities and other countries, in an effort to
further support their OEM customers globally.
